Control Maverick Purchasing
Frequently, growing chains have multiple suppliers and allow individual units to operate in a decentralized purchasing program. This may be the way to go when your company is small, but when it grows you end up paying more due to missed rebate dollars. FSIC can help you aggregate your purchasing across all units and suppliers, saving you money in the long run
